Shipping Policy – Effective January 1, 2025

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the UPS shipping option selected at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier & Rates

  • We exclusively ship via UPS to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of UPS. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with UPS.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order directly on the UPS website.
