At Granny Creek Homestead, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade goat milk soaps and lotions. Due to the personal hygiene nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for our soaps or lotions.
Soap & Lotion Policy
Soap and lotion are personal hygiene products and cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and health reasons. Our handmade soap is designed for immediate use. If you must store it, we recommend keeping it in a cool, dark, dry area and using it as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee the lack of degradation in our products due to environmental variables where you live. Natural colorants and scents may fade over time, especially if not properly stored. This is not a defect, but a result of our commitment to using natural ingredients without chemical preservatives or high concentrations of artificial scents.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label
- Your order number
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- Refunds are not issued once an order has been shipped.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Soaps & Lotions – Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all sales are final.
- Gift Cards – All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
